We worked with the building’s developer to completely renovate the historic Wainwright Building in Downtown Norfolk. Along with designing the model and common areas, our team selected all of the interior finishes. We played up the downtown vibe of the building with a city-chic model unit, accented by one of our signature Bubble Chandeliers. This city-chic vibe was continued into the property’s rooftop clubroom, The Skylounge, creating a handsome and unique lounge space.
